Barren County athletes showed up strong at the Class 3A, Region 2 Track Meet! Riley Wilson dominated the field events, bringing home two regional titles in the girls' discus (105’11”) and shot put (32’4”) — making her a back-to-back champion in both! Greyson Billingsley launched the boys’ discus 149’7” to take the win. Samantha Roemer soared to a first-place finish in the girls’ high jump with a 5’ clearance. Qualifiers for the State Meet in Lexington on May 31 include: Gracie Reed – 2nd in the girls’ 3200m Addy Roemer – Tied for 2nd in the high jump Daylan Thomas – 2nd in boys’ shot put We're proud of all of our track athletes for the time and effort they've put in this season!
