The Park City Magnet Club held its culminating showcase on Monday, May 13th. During the showcase, the students had the opportunity to act as travel agents and persuade others to visit a historical city or national park. Student research included tourism activities, favorite restaurants, accommodations, geographical features, how tourism has positively and negatively affected their destination, and much more. This leadership opportunity allowed the students to showcase and practice their individual interests, research, art, and public speaking. Great way for students to build skill and knowledge mastery, along with effective communication skills!
