Congrats to our Attendance Challenge winners for the month of December. Every student that had perfect attendance for the month of December was entered into a special prize drawing! We had almost 200 students that had perfect attendance during this time! Attendance is a family effort. Thank you to our families for prioritizing their child's education. The winners of the prize drawing received a $50 gift card to Cancun Mexican Restaraunt to take their families out to eat over Christmas Break!

Christmas came a little early here at ATE!! The students were so excited to try out the new cafeteria furniture! Thank you to Barren County Nutrition Services and Barren County Business Supply for helping make this happen!

With the beginning of 2025 almost here, it is time to start thinking about the 2025-26 school calendar. We value your input, so the committee is looking for feedback from the community to guide their work. Click on the link to complete the survey: https://forms.gle/Tu825cR2nHLZ3hoy8 #WeareBC

Check out this awesome opportunity our BC Cheerleaders are hosting for students this weekend!

Our school is participating in a unique fundraising program with Art to Remember that gives you the opportunity to purchase keepsake items with your child's artwork on them. The best part is that every keepsake order supports our school STEAM lab.
Just head to ArtToRemember.com and search for your child’s name, enter their online order code, or upload artwork from home and start shopping! If you need a copy of the order form with the online order code, please reach out to Mrs. Kay.

Don't forget that tomorrow starts Safe Schools/Red Ribbon Week!
Please see the flyer below for each day's dress up opportunity!

Over the past two days, a few of our BETA members participated in the BETA Leadership Summit in Shepardsville, KY. Our participants qualified for the National BETA Convention in the areas of “Lead Outside the Box” and “Collaboration Connection”. BETA member Sydney Byrd was chosen as a Leadership Representative, as well! We are so proud of our BETA club members and their sponsors! Way to go Eagles!!

At Austin Tracy Elementary, we believe in investing in our community. This is especially true when we see someone in need. When we return from fall break, we will be collecting supplies to help those impacted by the recent flooding! Please help spread the word and donate items if you're able!
